        Which plan fits the amount you transcribe?

        Use Free for an occasional file: 30 minutes per month, with files up to 30 minutes and 200 MB. Pro is for regular transcription, with 500 minutes per month and files up to 3 hours and 1 GB. Studio increases that to 1,000 minutes per month and files up to 6 hours and 2 GB.

        The Free allowance has a daily limit of 20 tasks. Pro, Studio, and transcriptions using purchased minutes have no daily task-count limit; available minutes and per-file limits still apply.

        How long is the result available?

        Generated transcripts and saved corrections remain available for 7 days on Free, 30 days on Pro, and 90 days on Studio. You can continue reviewing after a refresh in the same browser. Pro and Studio also keep task history across devices; Free does not promise reopening on another device. Every plan can download TXT, DOCX, SRT, and VTT.

        Can I cancel after subscribing?

        Yes. You can cancel through the billing portal or support. Paid access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and there is no new charge after that.

        How do refunds work?

        In Brazil, a first purchase can be refunded in full within 7 days. Other requests are reviewed case by case without limiting mandatory rights where you live. Read the Refund Policy.
