What should you review before using the text?
- Check the names of people, companies, places, and products.
- Listen again to technical terms, numbers, acronyms, and addresses.
- Confirm who said each passage before attributing a quotation.
- Compare passages with overlapping voices, echo, or low volume with the recording.
- If you use SRT, check subtitle synchronization in your video editor before publishing.

When will a recording need more correction?
Background noise, music, echo, distance from the microphone, and people talking over each other can hide or mix up words. Listen to important passages and correct the text before you share it.
For video, Transcrever works from the audio track. Slides, images, signs, and words shown only on screen are not included, so keep the visual material open while reviewing the transcript.

Questions before you start
Which files can I upload?
Transcrever accepts AAC, FLAC, M4A, MOV, MP3, MP4, OGG, WAV, and WebM. Maximum file size and duration depend on your access level and are summarized above.
Which spoken languages can I choose?
You can choose Brazilian Portuguese, English, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, or Traditional Chinese. Select the language used in the recording and review proper names and subject-specific terms.
Are my corrections saved after I close the page?
Saved corrections remain available when you refresh or reopen the task in the same browser during its retention period. Cross-device task history is available only on Pro and Studio.
How long are my files available?
For completed transcriptions, the recording remains available for up to 24 hours. The generated transcript remains available for 7 days with anonymous or Free access, 30 days with Pro, and 90 days with Studio. You can also delete it earlier.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
You can cancel a subscription through the billing portal, and paid access continues until the end of the period already paid for. For a first purchase made in Brazil, you can request a full refund through support within 7 days. Other requests are reviewed case by case, without limiting mandatory rights in your place of residence.
