What kind of audio can I upload?

Choose an audio file shown as accepted in the upload area. It must contain playable sound and stay within the limits displayed for your plan.

Select the language actually spoken. Before uploading, you can add names and specialist terms as vocabulary hints; check their spelling in the result. If the recording contains multiple voices, enable speaker separation and check the labels in the result.

How to turn audio into text

  3. 3Listen to the passages, use find and replace for repeated errors, and adjust text, speakers, passage boundaries, and timing when needed.

Can I upload any audio file?

Use one of the formats listed in the upload area. An unsupported extension, invalid media file, or file beyond the current limit is rejected before transcription.

Is the transcript ready to publish immediately?

Review names, terminology, and unclear passages while listening. The amount of correction depends on the recording and the way people speak.
