When is a long-message transcript useful?
Reports, instructions, and detailed explanations are easier to consult when text lets you find a topic without replaying the whole message from the beginning.
Some users report failures around 6 minutes, but that is not an official WhatsApp limit. In Transcrever, the real ceiling is determined by your access level and the saved file.
How should you prepare a long message?
Save the original audio, play the beginning and end, and check the duration. Maximum duration is 10 minutes without an account, 30 minutes on Free, 3 hours on Pro, and 6 hours on Studio.

How to find and review the important parts
1. Check whether the text is complete
Compare the first and last topics with the original audio and look for any abrupt change in the middle.
2. Search for names and topics
Use words you remember to open relevant passages without listening to everything in sequence.
3. Listen to numbers and decisions
Play every passage containing a date, amount, address, instruction, or sentence that will be shared. Correct it before downloading.

Download TXT for simple reading or DOCX to organize the content in a document. Copy only checked passages; use SRT or VTT when you need to preserve time ranges.

In a fifteen-minute explanation, search for the project name and delivery date. Listen to the matching passages, correct the terms, and copy only the section that answers your question.
When does a long recording need more attention?
Continuous noise, changes of environment, pauses, overlapping speech, and uneven volume can require more corrections. Also confirm that the saved file includes the end of the message before uploading.

We do not use 6 minutes as an official limit. That duration appears in user reports about messages that did not finish; native availability can vary.
